Main Hall

The hall can comfortably seat up to 64 person in theatre style; 48 person seated at tables arranged for a banquet, with table covers, quality tableware and cutlery if required. The kitchen is available to serve hot and cold beverages only. Cooking facilities including electric oven and hob, warming oven and soup kettles can be hired, if adequate insurance is in place by the hirer. This open space together with the stage, is suitable for individual hire for family celebrations, community get- togethers as well as a learning facility. Ideal too for community consultations and commercial use. 7 large tables seat 6 person each; 14 smaller tables seat 4 person each; 30 upholstered chairs with arms; 22 uphostered chairs without arms Electric projector screen is fitted at rear of the stage.

Community Suite /

The Community Suite has a boardroom style table, which can be set with round or square ends to suit the occasion, and seats up to 12 person on comfortable upholstered chairs with curved arms. Ideal for a small family celebration or Afternoon Tea, with vintage china or bone china trios and cake stands if required. Cutlery includes butter knives and pastry forks for Afternoon Tea service. Two soup kettles and appropriate tableware are available, if adequate insurance is in place by the hirer.

Main hall as a

community space

For local residents and the wider community, the village hall has a multi-games table to play Pool, Table tennis or Air hockey; a Darts board; board games to include Chess, Draughts, Dominoes, Tri-ominoes, Scrabble, Jig- saws and other games and activities. For use at Community social evenings or other times as may be required. The hall can be used for fitness, craft activities or as a space for learning. Hire Charges - Main hall Local resident - £10 per hour Group activity - £15 per hour or any part thereof. Commercial - £40 per hour or any part thereof. All hirers have use of the kitchen for hot/cold drinks and cold food prep. Includes use of kettles, microwave and toaster only. Hirers providing own insured caterers - price on application

Community Suite

others

The smaller community space is ideal for groups of up to 12 person as a meeting room or to socialise. While clean craft activities can take place, alternative table covers can be placed for messy activities! Hire of Community Suite £10 per hour Commercial - only available with hire of main hall. All users of the hall are politely asked to leave the premises as you would wish to find them, cleaning is undertaken by volunteers. A surcharge of £50 is made if a commercial deep-clean is necessary. Any breakages are to be paid for at cost to replace.
